Not recommending this place. One of the pillows cases was dirty (has not beed change), dirty bathtub (moldy spots on the bathtub mat), water in the bathtub wasn’t draining (imagine taking a shower and you have to stand in the water), leaky spots on the ceiling. Terrible.

Clean, basic hotel not far from KU

It was a clean, basic hotel. Room service is available if requested. Nothing fancy, but it was clean. The hot tub was not working, but they do allow pets ,and they do serve a basic breakfast.

The worst hotel - inflated prices for moms weekend

One star is generous. I stayed here for Mom’s Weekend, and it was one of the few hotels left—now I know why. I was placed in one of the motel-style buildings across the parking lot and told it’d be $50 more per night to be in the main hotel. The stairwells were full of trash, and I had to drag my luggage up to a second-floor room that smelled like water damage and mildew. The bedding was dirty, pillows smelled like body odor, and the bathroom was tiny with the toilet paper practically behind the door. Towels were threadbare, and the deadbolt didn’t work—I had to prop a chair against the door. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Think twice before booking.

So Gross!!!

We booked the hotel because it offered a hot tub, which there were only a few of them in the area. We checked in and asked about the hot tub. That is when we were told it was being filled with cement. The pool area was not very well maintained. We had booked a suite, which was a decent size room with a pullout couch. The mattress on the pull out was completely stained. No sheets or blankets were given to make up the pull out. There was a hole in the ceiling of the shower and the shampoo & conditioner offered was inadequate. The staff was not friendly and didn’t seem to care what condition the hotel was in. Overall this hotel was gross and I would never recommend it to anyone. I expected more for a $230 a night. I never leave reviews, but I had to on this one.

Won’t return

Very old hotel with poor condition of most things in room and facility. No updates to anything. Strange smell in room on check in. Almost as if someone had previously smoked in it. Pool in poor condition made us not want to use. Hot tub out of order. Staff typically not available at front desk. Breakfast was very limited.

Was ok

No one at the counter when I got there, had to use the front desk phone to get the attendant. Latch on door was scary loose. Breakfast was meh. TV was very small and entrance is weird. I slept well and the bed was comfy. Heater worked.

NO HOT WATER!! I understand that the hotel may have been busier than normal but we showered at 6:30am and we didn't even have an ounce of warm water. We had a 2 night stay. Many people were complaining about this and they didn't seem to care. The hotel wasn't even sold out, they had plenty of rooms still available. The hotel should have been able to handle this. Many people in our group showered in the afternoon because of this.

To hot in hallways leading into rooms which kept rooms to hot the elevator button to go to the first floor is broken so you can go up but only could go to the second floor down then had to take stairs. Eggs and sausage was cold at breakfast.
