No it wasn’t amazing , I arrived on 4 pm and receptionist was very sharp without any smile on his face and he insisted to pay the money although I send it during the reservation, next morning the young lady also was not polite talking to her colleague in Turkish thinking that I don’t understand the language, and wished me a good day with fire in her eyes . Hate that I couldn't stay longer
The hotel staff was amazing and very attentive. Our breakfast host Sedi made sure we were well taken care of, even with the language barriers. The Big Chefs restaurant had excellent service and a wide range of international food. The spa services were nice as well. I used the steam room while my friend took in a wonderful Balinese massage.
