staff was amazing. hotel, not good.
the front desk clerk was amazing and let us check in way earlier than we were supposed to.
the hotel was not good.
it smelled musty and obviously someone was smoking pot somewhere on the premises. which, whatever.
the pool was gross. my girls didn’t even swim. no hot tub.
our shower wouldn’t drain.
the beds were actually really comfortable and i had a good night sleep. just gave me the ick.

Would stay again
Over night stay with my husband. Booked a king suite that was supposed to have an in room jacuzzi tub based on the pictures shown but was not the case. Room was spacious, bathroom was small but clean. Bed was very comfortable. Wall seemed to have some water damage and was peeling. Nice area of town, great breakfast and pool. Could use some updates but would stay again.

Never Again!
It was unpleasant! Toilet ran all night. Husband woke up with a rash all over his legs and stomach. We only had scorching hot water, so he couldn’t even shower. The room we booked wasn’t pet friendly, so we were moved to a different room and it wasn’t anything compared to the one originally booked. There was a box full of trash and a broken AC in the hallway. Parking lot was almost non-existent.

Absolutely THE BEST!!!!
The absolute BEST HOTEL we've been in in YEARS!!!!
The pool and slide are my kids' favorite. Even mom joined in on the fun, since it was an open slide.
Breakfast - they don't skimp!!!! Has anyone noticed the new trend of pretending that gravy is a breakfast food? I completely appreciate the terrible economy the current Pres/Vice Pres has given us with out-of-control and record inflation. I get it, but we're also all paying higher room rates because of it.
This hotel does NOT use the current economy as an excuse to offer gravy as a meat protein. Nope! We actually got eggs AND sausage patties!!!! My kids were thrilled!! Thank you!
The staff was super friendly, our room was very convenient and close to the elevators, everything was GREAT. Perfect for Roosevelt National Park.

Out dated and wore out
The in room fridge was so frosted i couldnt even put a toothpick in the freezer. It was very loud also. Had to take the key cards up 3 times to get re programmed and several guested commented about none of the keys opening outside door. The railing into the pool was propped up with 2x4 boards. Serveral of the water features didnt work. Very subpar

Not great..
The room keys didnt work right away. Then the room wasnt overall that clean. My one thing i was hoping for was the hot tub and it wasnt working. The beds were small for being a suite that supposedly slept 7. We barely had enough for the 6 of us.

We had a room with a window to the pool. It must have flooded at some point because the mold smell was very strong.
