Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff and nice communal area. Parking is available but due to location and layout some spaces are rather tight. Stayed with my three kids in family room on top floor. Large room with lots of space though room had two double beds instead of advertised four singles. No lift so had to carry suitcase up a reasonable amount of stairs to room. Really convenient for bus to Lucerne and beyond as stop right outside hotel. Would recommend to anyone.

Samer at the front desk was the best! He definitely went above and beyond more than once for the enjoyment of our stay. He even went as far as riding the bus with us and showing us which stop to take! (It happened to be the same bus he was taking but still, we were very grateful). Fair stay for the price
Short weekend trip to Lucerne. Front desk was quick and friendly to get me checked in. Room is quite cramped and bed is extremely firm. Bathroom was relatively clean, but one can see damage near the windows and marks on the bedroom walls. Conviently located near the bus stop. Good for the relatively cheap price. A decent stay, moderately clean, but not very comfortable.
