Gorgeous hotel overlooking the ocean. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing, especially the breakfast, which was slightly different each day. The pool was perfect and the landscaping was also. There were only two issues with our room. First, the lighting was very dim so have your phone flashlight ready. Second, our hot tub would not hold water and the jets did not work so we could not use it.

Fiz a reserva da suite com vista mar no Hurricane e quando cheguei nas instalações do hotel que já eram perfeitas fui surpreendida com um upgrade para o Villa Mandi Jeri, que é um hotel de luxo do grupo que fica ao lado. Estadia maravilhosa!!! O que já era bom ficou melhor ainda. Funcionários de ambos os hotéis muito atenciosos. Parabéns ao Lucas do Hurricane e ao Jean, Eduardo e Andressa do Villa Mandi. Espero retornar em breve!

Hotel incrível, do atendimento as instalações. Ele é lindo e acolhedor. Os quartos são enormes e a roupa de cama e banho impecáveis. Uma máquina de café no quarto com cápsulas de vários sabores. As amenities L’Occitane. Piscina deliciosa com vista do mar. Comida do restaurante perfeita. O concierge Lucas, sensacional, se dispôs desde o início a facilitar tudo pra nós como reservas em restaurantes e passeios. Nos presenteou com uma ida ao café Jeri que a melhor balada de Jeri. No fim do dia servem um pequeno chá e café com petit fours. A localização é excepcional, muito próximo às ruas principais. Enfim. Recomendo demais. Já estou com saudades.
