It is a short walk from the station and there are restaurants along the way and several convenience stores in the area (in addition to the stores at the station). It is very clean. The hotel staff made our stay very easy and pleasant. The laundry facility and drink vending machines were great. It was very convenient for my family.

The only problem is parking. It is not available and the instructions for the nearest validated parking were not particularly clear.

The hotel is situated nearby the station and is surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Having no cupboard to hang or put on our clothes for our three-night stay was a major disappointment. The bedsheets had a peculiar mold smell. The hotel's website said that there would be a buffet breakfast but the breakfast menu from their affiliated restaurant - Saizeriya, had only a fixed breakfast set and the service from Saizeriya was poor.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Enoshima
It is typically superior for service as are virtually all hotels in Japan I've used. This one has a parking elevator for your car and places it on the 3rd floor for absolute hassle free access! Didn't find it cost anything to park in the hotel either. The location is on the main drag of the town and a three block walk to the train station if you are not driving. I used the trains to reach Enoshima, Kamakura Great Buddha, and Fujisawa Beach, the station a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and a 10-25 minute train ride depending on what site you wish to reach, but I recommend you spend a day working your way to Kamakura and a day for the Enoshima island. Enoshima Electric Railway, or Enoden, runs from Fujisawa to Kamakura and is one of only three tram systems remaining in the Greater Tokyo Area. Try the one-day pass called Noriori. Note the island requires a great deal of walking up and down steep steps. This area is a hidden away treasure of the local Japanese for history, beach fun, shopping, wind surfing, and the like. You want to kick back and relax, this is the coolest place :) Now, a couple of notes on the hotel. A single bed room is very tight (typical) and okay if you are 5'2" and weight 100 pounds. Bigger? Book a two bed room. The other thing is that there is a restaurant on the 2nd floor the hotel uses for the typical Japanese breakfast you expect with a room, except this was no typical meal. It costs $10 US a person and was terrible. Eat any where else.

Clean and good location
Hotel Hokke-Club is only a 5 minutes walk from Fujisawa station and is located close to the many restaurants and shops. My family and I found it to be very clean and the family room, which had four beds, was rather large compared to other family rooms we have stayed in Tokyo. We also enjoyed the large Japanese style both on the 8th floor of the hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are going to visit Enoshima Island and Kamakura, as both towns are only ten minutes from Fujisawa station.

I booked the room 3 months in advance for 4 nights but got a room by the elevator on the 8th floor. The 8th floor has the spa so there is a lot of traffic and noise until late. I was woken every night several times. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English

Average hotel in the city.
The average level of hotel with spacious room for four members and quite good mattresses. But very difficult to find the parking area and narrowing lane to access the car park. The hotspring bathing is quite good and relaxing everyone.

Great 2 nights
Me and my family stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. We were in town for the Hiratsuka Tanabata Festival, and the other day we went to Kamakura. No complaints about this hotel at all. The customer service was excellent as usual in Japan. It offered parking on the 3rd floor via an elevator for cars, and the hotel was a short walk to Fujisawa Station. It also had plenty of restaurants in the plaza connected to the lower levels of the hotel.
