I’m here every year for a conference, and the staff is always so nice, the breakfast is great, and the vibes are good. Plus even with a DJ in the lobby and a room next to the elevator on the 2nd floor I hear zero noise! I’ll be back again in 2025.

Excellent location. Clean room. Breakfast very good. The only issue we had was the room was very hot and it was very incomfortable to sleep because of the heat. NO aircondition is a big issue during hot summer days. A fan was provided but it was not sufficient.

Do not presume you can park at the hotel: they have limited availability. This was not clear during our booking. A nearby parking garage solved our problem. Well situated hotel in the lovely town of Bremen. Accommodation was fine, online check-in/check-out lacked personality but was effective (uses Hotelbird). Only downside was the apparent lack of ventilation in the kitchen during breakfast leaving us smelling of bacon as we left the Hotel. Good choice for visiting Bremen.

Prepaid on Hotel.com but was charged again at the hotel and could not get the charges waved as noone with authority was present upon check out. My reservation on hotels.com did not reflect the one the hotel had in their system - I showed bank draw and receipt.

We arrived at The Hotel after Travelling for 12 hours and was very tired. We had a prepaid reservation and had mentioned in The reservation that we were suppose to arrive around 20.30 in The evening. When we came to check in, The Hotel was fully booked. The receptionist was a bit stressed and had difficulties with explaining for us in english. We were told to sit down and wait and have a drink in The bar. We did not Get any updates of what was going on, but when we asked them after a while waiting what is happening, they had fixed us a room at another Hotel nearby. Luckily this was a very nice Hotel, but it was no good experience with ACHAT.

: the reception looked very nice; -: the heat was undoable in the floors of the rooms and in the room itself; phone to call the reception didn't work; curtains not hooked into properly; had to call the reception on their landline via private phone asked for A/C to be turned on and informed about broken phone - feedback: they know about it but the electrician is not available that day to fix it and the A/C will only be turned on with outdoor temperature of 20 degrees (at least they offered to switch rooms but we have been tired and not in the mood to hop rooms until we find one which is not a sauna)

Ok hotel med plads til forbedring
Et okay hotel dog er der plads til forbedringer...havde en fin juniorsuite..der var også en kaffe maskine og der var udleveret 4 kapsler...ønskede vi flere kostede de næsten 1 euro pr stk så 4 kapsler til 2 personer 4 dage er ikke meget...daglig rengøring skulle forudbestilles i receptionen...vi ønskede 1 rengøring på 3.dagen og den bestod af 2 nye håndkkæder og ikke andet ....morgenmaden var ok men de var langsomme til at fylde op og det varme var koldt til gengæld havde du dårligt drukket din kaffe før de tog din kop...der var desværre ikke parkeringsmulighed i hotellets p kælder (alt optaget)og de henviste til et andet p hus som vi dog ikke kunne bruge da der var for lang gangdistance med 1 der har nedsat gangfunktion. Vi fandt en plads overfor hotellet men det var lidt spændende hver morgen da hotellet ligger i et skummelt område men heldigvis gik det godt
