internet's down & they intentionally hide from you

I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing... their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available... on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...

There's a reason why it's inexpensive...

Staff are very efficient and helpful but the rooms were a bit rundown and towels ratty, which need to be replaced! The wall paper was peeling off on its ends and sides and desk and counters had cracks...a shame, really that this place had been let go, as the location is very ideal and food is reasonably priced.

The hotel is in need of an upgrade and proper maintenance. The towel is old and poor quality but the bedsheets are of fine quality. Toilet is not clean. I can rate the hotel 2 star.

A basic hotel in a convenient location.

One of the first multi-story hotels in Iloilo City almost a decade ago. It is beginning to show its age now, and is consequently in need of renovation/redecoration and repair. The car parking is up a very narrow driveway and the ceiling height is too low. (The radio antenna broke off as I was reversing out of a very confined space!) The breakfast was limited and cheaply made. The main dishes for breakfast were rarely replenished as they ran low. A bonus is the view from the dining room on the 11th floor. A further advantage of this hotel is that it sits opposite SM CITY.

The total area of the property is all conveniently well done, I knew this is a perfect place to go around the malls. Unfortunately, the facilities and bed linens are so terrible, bedsheets are ripped, limited towels in the bathroom. I like the area so convenient, staff are amazing.
