Relatively new boutique style hotel. Total 11 rooms with 6 sea facing rooms. Very clean, cozy, quiet and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. Owner is always around should you need any advice or have any problems. They make breakfast to order not buffet. No in house restaurant or room service menu. Rooms are all equipped with modern amenities such as flat TV, air-conditioning, hair dryer etc. All rooms have a balcony. Location is excellent, not too far from city centre neither in the middle of all hustle bustle. For food you can always walk to the Market Village which has a wide choice of cuisines along with the usual McDonalds, Burger King, Sizzlers etc. The beach is clean and has beach chairs to rent, massage service, para gliding, horse riding etc. operated by private operators.

Money changers are available at the Market Village Mall. Tuk Tuks charge about 100-150 from most places to the hotel. As the hotel is new, many drivers do not know of it, so it is advisable to take an address card from the hotel, or you can mention to the driver that it is just before the Intercontinental hotel.
