Radisson Blu El Bosque, is located at a nice and safe neighborhood, in Las Condes area. The hotel has a very good buffet breakfast, and lunch and dinner are also available. It also has indoor/ouside pool, a fitness center. The room was beautiful, modern and clean. Walking distance there are some stores, farmacy, shopping mall, etc. Check in and check out was fast and easy. I spent 2 nights with my 10 year old daughter,...If I go back to Chile, I will definitely stay there again!

Overall very good
Overall, the stay was very good. The beds were very, very comfortable and the rooms were quite big. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good also. there was an issue with the hot water which varied between lukewarm and scalding, depending on what time of day you took a shower. unfortunately, my room had a bit of a sewer smell due to a recent rainstorm and possible flooding, but my colleague did not have the same smell in her room. They tried to fix it but the smell persisted. Otherwise, great stay.

A bit of a letdown, especially for the price
Disappointed. From the minute you checkin, they are trying to get you to pay for additional things. Felt very cheap, especially considering the price. Room service also threw out the ziploc bags I had for my trek. Not even sure why they came in my room, I put the do not disturb sign on the door.

Love this hotel, the personal very nice and attentive. Rooms comfortable, but I book 2 queen beds and i got two doubles, it was little bit disappointing. There is a safe. And even if we where 4 in the room it was set for 2 people. i have to ask for more pillows. A lot of troubles with the air conditioner and it was a water lick in the shower, but after several attempts, they fix the ac, the lick still there The service at the dining room impeccable, and the people at the front desk very nice. walking distance from the metro station, restaurants and shopping centre 2 swimming pools, but the outside one very cold I will definitely recommend it

Not so good, they gave me a room with a severe maintenance and housekeeping issues. Bathroom baseboards were left undone. Inside the bathroom, two previous sites of water faucets were not even covered, shoes marks on the on the bottom window walls and unfixed wall scratches. I couldn’t believe they sold and assigned me in this room

I left our winter coats in the closet when we left to meet the ship at the dock which was 2 hrs away and didn't realize it until we reached the ship. I tried to call the hotel phone many times but never received an answer. Then I emailed the Radisson blue website but still have not received an answer. We were on the cruise for 16 days and will be back home in 2 more days. If you can help contact the Radisson Blu in Santiago, it would be a great help.
