Habitacion inicial asignada tenìa muchos problemas de Mantenimiento (chapas de puertas, cafetera, lamparas...). Agradecemos el cambio de habitación luego de la primera noche. Hotel no tiene parqueadero incluido hay una solución pagando sitio cercano. No hay room service. Las opciones de desayuno son muy limitadas y fruta/jugo todos los 4 dias fueron la misma opciòn. Toallas asperas, nunca hubo toalla de manos.

Excellent location in Cali
This a not a luxurious hotel, you will not get fancy toiletries nor fluffy towels, but what you do get is an excellent location and value. My room was big and comfortable, very clean, the bathroom had a great shower and the bed was very nice and comfy. There are many very good restaurants just steps away and everything else in Cali is just a short Uber ride away. The only drawback is that you do hear (at least in my room) street sounds, which did not bother me.

Stayed at the Hotel el Penon for two nights. Checkin was quick and easy and desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very big, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the rain shower head and the comfortable full size beds. Free Netflix was also a nice addition as I was able to watch TV in English after a long day of wondering around the city. The breakfast was good as well. It was offered in the adjacent restaurant and offered all selections but 2 from the menu. The French Toast was excellent. Very pleased with the hotel and would definitely state there again.
