Stay here. It will be the best stay of your trip.

Checking in and out was a breeze, the two ladies were the best. Aunty at breakfast was really friendly. The whole place is really nice, the trees outside the window were so wonderful to look at. A minor downside was the drainage in the bathroom, it got flooded mid way through shower. Had to turn off the water and let it drain before continuing.

Lovely staycation for couple's anniversary!
We were super excited to be having our staycation in this beautiful hotel! We first saw it first years ago & when we were back in Singapore, we knew we had to stay at ParkRoyal @ Pickering this time! The staff was very friendly/informative during our check-in & we got a great view of the CBD area/ChinaTown on the far side. The room had high ceilings & the light wood furnishing makes the room feel larger. Our king bed was HUGE & it was SO comfy, enveloped by cloud-like comforter/pillows. It was our first stay so drinks in the fridge was free. The coffee from TWG was top notch! We love the ledge we could sit on next to the huge windows overlooking the scenery & the double window blinds were amazing; one for allowing some light & the other for blocking light. Lots of mirrors to make the room big as well. The shower was pretty with the dark green tiles & I wish I could have the sink for my house & there's a separate faucet for drinking water. The door that divides the toilet is a nice touch for privacy without having to close the large sliding doors. We also walked around the hotel to enjoy the greenery and architecture. Though we did not use the swimming pool or gym, we enjoyed walking around & looking at the different named plants in the path that snakes around the pool & sitting area. We also viewed the back of a "waterfall"! It was breathtaking to look up & be amazed by the curved layered floors above us, with greenery in-between. I would highly recommended this hotel!!

Loved our stay! It was the first hotel we stayed at since having a baby and they made it very easy for us. Provided us with a pack and play, tub, and even toiletries for the baby. All the staff were absolutely warm and hospitable. Room was just the right size with a comfortable bed. The hotel looks magnificent both from the inside and outside. Pool was a fun experience overlooking the city. This was definitely a memorable stay and made even more special by everyone who helped us at the hotel. Thank you so much.

Loved my stay at the ParkRoyal Pickering. Staff were amazing and the breakfast buffet was spectacular. The lunch and dinner buffets also looked great but I didn’t get to experience them. Pool area is perfect for relaxing and there are separate areas and cabanas so you don’t feel crowded. The location is great for short walks to Raffles, Chijmes, the MRT train station and so manybsmall restaurants (including easy walking distance to Jumbo Seafood Riverwalk in Clarke Quay (you have to order the chill crab!!) I highly recommend this hotel !!

Stayed for 4 nights. Amazing looking hotel, great staff, great breakfast. Pool area was nice but water a touch cold, as hotel faces away from the sun majority of the day. Room was ok, decent size but shower is very average and tiny, ours had a leaky door. Low lighting in the room also.
