We had the best time at Pullman Phuket resort for many reasons, the staff, food options, walkable distance to beach and local food options. The transportation within the property as well as into Old Phuket Town or any attraction was super easy and convenient. Would highly recommend and if we can bring our whole family back we will! You can walk down to nai thorn beach for more food options outside of the hotel. Its a pretty large hotel with shuttle to get around but facilities are in gfeat need of upgrading. Renovation of the restairant was underway, and the pool tiles were popping out in all places. Staff all spoke great english and were helpful. The hotel app is really slow to load but is the main source of communications for guests to book services/buggy etc.

The service was excellent, and our room was not too bad. What I didn't like was the carpet in the dining area where breakfast was served. The carpet was very old and dirty, and I didn't want to eat inside. For a five-star hotel, the carpet needs to go. While we dined there one morning, a staff member was sweeping the carpet near the baked goods. That was disgusting.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pullman Naithon Beach. It is in a beautiful setting and overall you feel you are in accommodation of top quality. The staff are friendly and always eager to make your stay a great one. Unfortunately the main restaurant used for breakfast was under renovation so breakfast was in the banquet room instead. I don’t remember reading this when I booked. I believe if a Main facility of a resort is closed you should be informed. The main pool is in need of renovation with hundreds if not thousands of tiles lifting. Doesn’t look good and possibly an injury risk. These two latter points aside it is a great resort and we would return again for a longer stay.
