-Instructions would be helpful for appliances, TV, coffee machine (red light came on and had to resort to YouTube to figure things out)
-a few more items in kitchen like a grater, a whisk etc would be great
-Came home one night and the code didn’t work to open apt door. They knew there was a problem but didn’t communicate it to us. A neighbour helped us reach them, to get someone to come and let us in.
-Water was shut off in the bathroom and again, could have been communicated to us.
-Pull out couch bed made incredible noise because of the springs and made it impossible to sleep. Mattress had to be moved to the floor. They promptly came and applied wd40, but said no one else had complained about it. As if that means the problem doesn’t exist! A bit on the rude side. Let’s not forget, this is an expensive rental, not a hostel, therefore one has certain expectations.
