I'm not going to be prickly about this and give the hotel "0", but when you've been travelling all day and turn up to a hotel at 19.45 (so not too late), get greeted by a guy in his socks who hands you a key to your room, which then turns out not to have been cleaned, you aren't in the best of moods. Due to the faff of having to do this, I forgot to ask for the wifi code for the hotel. I went back to the reception 3 times over the next 2 hours, I rang then bell, I even emailed the hotel - nothing. So the emails I had to urgently download pre my meeting the next day, I simply couldn't.
Having taken a breath, the hotel was clean, the shower was good, the restaurant looked nice, although I didn't eat at it, because it was closed the evening I arrived. It is in a pleasant area to the north of the city a short walk to the U-bahn into the city centre.
I have therefore tried to be balanced. Many will have a wonderful stay at this hotel, but I won't be returning.
