I love this hotel! The staff is amazing and competent and extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet is filled with an assortment of foods and tasty. I did have issues this time with a shower dripping but it did not ruin the trip.

Check in took an hour and I had to wait in the hot lobby. The phones didn't work so I couldn't order room service unless I went to the lobby which was a big hassle. The hairdryer didn't work. Shower had luke warm water never comfortable. The grounds by the pool was beautiful. The beds were cozy. The area around did not have any dining or shopping options within walking distance.

I have been staying at this hotel for years! The service is prompt. I really enjoy their outdoor features like all the beautiful plants it has on the 6th floor. The 6th floor also has a beautiful city view. The restaurant is located on the 8th floor, with windows surrounding the landscape. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel.
