I was messaged by the manager the evening before my arrival that he would have to cancel my booking because of an electrical problem and to call . I called and the manager told me that the real problem is that hotel.com doesn’t pay them until a month later. I am unsure if I will be compensated for my prepaid booking as yet. This was a major inconvenience for me and I hope the foreign tourists will stay away from this place
