酒店距地鐵張府園站3號出口 (有電梯) 10分鐘步程，道路難行是因經常有單車、電單車行駛，由酒店到最旺的夫子廟可經水遊城、水平坊及茂業天地，此3個商場比行新街口商區還好。 酒店房間比其他地區的宜必思還要大，舒適，員工有禮及專業，旅客有問題亦能迅速解決。大堂放有機械人送餐服務，有趣。酒店外是繁忙街道，但房間隔音良好。

　一人旅で６泊したが静かな部屋（10階）で食堂も近くにたくさんあるし、夫子廟も徒歩圏内そしてホテル内にコインランドリーもあります。ただしコインランドリーは支払いがスマートフォン専用のためホテルの係員に動かしてもらい現金で支払いました。冷房が効きすぎで寒かったがエアコンのスイッチが効かない、次の朝ホテルの係員に話したら部屋に来てくれてその部屋だけの分電盤のロックを外しブレーカーで入り切りして温度調節できるようになった。

南京で一番の繁華街「新街口」の隣の駅が最寄り駅です。駅から徒歩４〜５分。大通りに面していて、赤いネオンが目立つのですぐ分かります。駅ビルにもイビスホテルがあるので、タクシーの運転手さんが間違える可能性もあります。 ホテルの真裏に飲食店がいくつかありますが、地元の人が行くようなローカルなお店なので日本人は入りにくいかもしれません。周囲にコンビニもカフェもなく、飲み物やパンやカップラーメンや消耗品を売っている個人商店がいくつかあるだけです。駅ビルにはマクドナルドやスターバックスがありますが、ちょっと物足りないです。ホテルを出て左を５分くらい歩くと中規模のデパートがあり、地下の飲食店はまぁまぁ良いです。食事や買い出しは新街口のほうに行くのが一番良いです。地下鉄で一駅、徒歩20分くらい。治安は良く、夜遅くに女性一人でも歩けます。 ホテルはスタイリッシュで機能的で清潔、セキュリティもしっかりしていて、スタッフさんは簡単な英語ができて親切です。バス停が目の前。１階に自販機やコインロッカーや傘のシェアサービスがあります。コインランドリーもあります。チェックイン時に写真を撮られます。 部屋はじゅうぶんに広くて快適。必要な物は揃っています。歯ブラシも２本あります。お水は毎日２本補充してくれます。金庫と冷蔵庫とドアチェーンがありません。ボディソープとシャンプーとリンスが一体型で同じなので、持って行くのが良いと思います。 Wi-Fiは部屋ごとに設置してありますが、それは使えず、ホテル全体のWi-Fiを使うことになります。パスワードなどこちらが聞くまで教えてもらえず、聞いても一回で理解できませんでした。 電源は部屋に７ヵ所もあるのですが、私が泊まった部屋はプラグの差し込み口が固かったり、差し込み口の形が歪んでいたりで、実際は２ヶ所しか使えませんでした。また、置いてあるドライヤーがなぜか日本のプラグの形状なので、日本から持って行ったプラグの変換器を使っての使用になりました。

性格比很好，想不到這個價格可以有位置方便，整潔的外資連鎖酒店。因為男朋友是外國人，不是所有國內酒店都接待。這個價格大概比國內的精品酒店都便宜。床子都很舒適。如果下次再來南京，會再考慮入住。

Expedia與酒店付款機制出現一些問題，但酒店服務人員讓我先入住，並表示如果有其他問題，會用電話聯繫我，覺得很棒！ 在最後一天的清晨，要出發往機場，請櫃檯服務人員幫忙叫出租車，雖然不知道為什麼他們無法叫車，但一位服務人員陪著我在路上幫我攔車！ 地理位置算是相當方便，離地鐵站、夫子廟都很近，附近也有大型商場。 另外，飯店後面的冰鎮小龍蝦，很好吃！！

Good location with very short walk to city train. Local bus line stop right in front of hotel.We walked to Aqua City shopping Mall and Fuzimiao Temple Area. Watch out when using the provided paper cup. We had one which was mouldy!Otherwise, hotel is generally clean and functional but basic.

This is a good budget hotel for westerners to stay in as an alternative to a hostel. Rooms are inexpensive and close to the metro. Beds are fairly soft by Chinese standards. I would stay here again. Desk staff speaks enough English for check-in.
