Beautiful Location and amazing staff
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Balcony Hotel. The staff were very friendly and had exceptional service. The breakfast was amazing and changed daily. The view speaks for itself. Special mention to Anastasia and Adamantini for always being the most helpful and friendliest staff members, they really did make our stay special.

Lovely quiet property. Delicious breakfast buffet every morning was a perfect way to start the day. We really enjoyed the friendly staff and the view from our balcony. It is a little away from the hustle and bustle of Tsilivi and Planos but it had one of the few parking lots in the area which is why we picked it. We really enjoyed the city of Tsilivi. Great place to stay on the island. There were a couple things we didn’t particularly like, the toilets only allow flushing every 15 mins so you have to wait to flush sometimes. This may be because of the type of plumbing I’m not sure. The beds were beautiful but too stiff for my back. There are no usb ports for US visitors fyi. Overall very happy with our stay.

Wir haben als Pärchen, das zweite Mal, nach dem Jahr 2023, 3 tolle Tage in dem Hotel Balcony verbracht. Das Personal war wie auch beim ersten Mal stets ultra freundlich und sehr motiviert und engagiert! Der Ausblick von dem Hotel ist, nach wie vor, atemberaubend... egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Von der Frühstücksterrasse hat man jeden Morgen einen tollen Blick auf Tsilivi und den Strand. Das Frühstück ist wirklich hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet (Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, jeden Tag eine kostenlose Wasserflasche, Kaffee und Tee, Badutensilien etc.), jedoch immer noch etwas wenig Stauraum und Ablagefächer im Badezimmer. Unser Fazit: wir haben uns auch beim zweiten Aufenthalt in dem Hotel wirklich wohl gefühlt und 3 tolle Tage mit einem herrlichen Ausblick verbracht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall, auch zum dritten Male, wiederkommen, sollten wir auf Zakynthos sein! Vielen Dank an das tolle Personal, angefangen von der Rezeption, Roomservice, Reinigungskräften bis hin zum Servicepersonal beim Frühstück. Sie alle machen einen tollen Job und sind jedes Mal aufs neue bemüht, Ihren Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bescheren... Wir sagen DANKE SCHÖN und bis zum nächsten Mal!
