roger, 6-night trip

6/10 Okay

Try to ask for a room away from a hallway or elevator or commin area. Other guests loud and no following the rules for quiet time. Area is pretty close to attractions snd amenities.
Harrisankar, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Once you understand the rules and process it's pretty great for solo travel. The baths and sauna were especially great.
Daniel, 3-night trip

6/10 Okay

Affordable and conveniently located. The hotel offers quick access to public transportation, a variety of restaurants, and nearby shopping areas—great value for the price.
Sammy, 3-night trip

4/10 Poor

Very much a traditional, old-school Japanese pod hotel experience. Communal showers….. small locker so have to keep big pieces of luggage separate. Has a smell that is hard to describe, but is awful.
Mark, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The staff was really nice and helped return my wallet after losing it. 10/10!
Jesus, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

This place felt like what I imagine Purgatory is like
Eric, 3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Worst place in all of Tokyo. Avoid this place at all costs. Smells bad and very hot . No air conditioning. Bags are not safe during your stay. Very nasty shower area
kyle, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

It is located in the middle of downtown.
Masaaki, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Worth the stay

Place is pretty great for solo traveler. It is typical capsule hotel but it's located fairly central in Shinjuku area.
1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Lots of restaurants and train stations in the area. Its next door to a pub and karaoke bar so it can get loud at night.
Raymond, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Was perfect for my trip! Capsule rooms were cleaned everyday and I was able to keep things in my own locker during my stay
Myron, 4-night trip

4/10 Poor

If it didn’t have a hot spring. It would be the same thing as prison - the workers were pretty nice - but

Fahim, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Tony Mendez, 6-night trip

Jp, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

This place is tattoo friendly and a good amount of staff speak English. It was surprising to see that they had sections for women too.
Daniel, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

The stay was a lot better than I expected. The guests were quiet , place was fairly clean, there was a sauna, a TV, mirror in the capsule which I didn't expect. The only minor issue was that it was a little hot when I was sleeping and maybe a plug in wallflower fragrance because it can be slightly smelly due to the number of people staying there
cesar, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

The area is very lively at night and safe for solo travelers. Inside the capsule is spacious, secure, has a tv, a light, and an alarm clock. The bathrooms were clean and can get very chatty. There are a lot of people in each room . The staff provides pajamas, slippers, and towels. You do have to leave everyday between 11-3pm no matter how long you are staying for cleaning
Mianni, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great cheap option! Small pods but I was able to fit comfortably (5 feet 9 inches) and have great sleep here. Clean, the floor I was one was properly ventilated so it was cold at night, and great services like the PJs, towels, and shampoo/conditioner. Also, incredibly central and much of Tokyo was accessible. Only thing to be aware of is everyday you need to leave between 11-3 pm while they clean even if you stay multiple nights. You can leave your things though so it’s not too bad. I highly recommend. When I come back I’ll be staying here!
