Exceeded my expectations for money paid great value Room clean and all in order. Staff were superb friendly and helpful including the owner 👍Room 1807 quiet side of the hotel was great Good location plenty of places around to eat including Robinson's place Mall across the road. Nice, Clean and Quiet. Good location. The king bed was very comfortable with lots of comfy and soft pillows. Love the comforter as well. Will definitely book this room again, actually it is my 3rd time here. SUGGEST: please upgrade your bath towel, as your towel was so thin, just one use and it is already wet.

Comfortable stay
We enjoyed our one week stay and will be back. I love their soft pillows and covers giving me a good night sleep. Very friendly staff especially Michael who was always around to assist. Although our air-conditioner is a bit noisy, and bathroom takes time to drain, still I would give this hotel two thumbs up!

It was terrible, the price is to high for such an old nasty dirty room with cockroaches, I changed rooms two times and each room there was cockroaches, it is ridiculous that they change so much for rooms that aren’t worth half of what they charge, I would never stay at that hotel even if it is free and I would never recommend anyone to stay there.

Property at the heart of Manila steps away from Robinson's Mall and Supermarket . Check in was a breeze considering we landed late night at Manila. Staff is super sweet and helpful. Although I booked a budget room there was a microwave, small cooktop ,kettle and dishes and utensils. Medium sized fridge not the small one! High end sheets pillows and comfortable bed. Super clean very impressed! Nice surprise was balcony!Thank you Pacific Grande Suites for an enjoyable stay!

I never ended up staying because it felt so unsafe ! Despite the hotel being empty, we tried to check in around 10 AM after a delayed flight that didn't leave until 4 AM. We were told that we can't until 2 PM. The area is super dodgy. In the lobby there are old men who clearly rent the rooms for the night with a lady from one of the nearby strip joints in the same street. Basically it felt so unsafe that we decided to go somewhere else and lost the money from the booking. However the staff are really lovely. Very polite and I really can't fault them at all. As mentioned by someone else, it's a hotel within another hotel, so a bit confusing. Overall I would avoid this hotel especially if you have a family or are traveling alone.
