Hot Springs, SD is a fun little town with big attractions, such as Moccasin's Springs and Evans Plunge, two thermal hot springs you can swim and play in. The restaurants were very good, lots of different selections. The locals are very friendly.

The Mexican restaurant across the street is very good, large portions. The Mammoth Site is close by and is really interesting to visit. Not far away is Moccasin Springs and Evans Plunge, two thermal hot springs. They are very relaxing and nice.

Hot Springs is a diamond in the rough. Very historic town. Will really be nice when the road construction is completed.

They were working on the streets downtown. Traffic was a mess for such a small town. Probably a nice place other than the inconvenience of construction.

Wonderful little town to visit - we came during the winter and there was still so much to do. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back!

Hot Springs is often a nice place to stay, but this year its street repairs hold everyone from going through town for endless time. Also, it has only a couple of fast food places in the whole town, andthey do not ooen early.

Hot Springs is a fun town, great Mexican restaurant across the street from the hotel. Fun boutique shops on the Main Street with some fun bars and a great antique shop.

"We had been recommended the hotel and it did not disappoint. Loved all the special touches...chocolate chip cookies and milk, laundry facilities and the ambience."
"The hotel is great, quiet and friendly staff. We came during a busy bike week so it makes everything so busy and more expensive. But the property is great and clean. Our room was very comfortable and clean (Dennis did a great job!!)"
"Parking was difficult because we arrived late and the parking although designated for the hotel was shared by a bar/restaurant next door. Needed to have a way for security to ask guests or the bar to please move their cars for guests of the hotel. Other parking options were across the street. Not helpful if you're disabled. Need more ada rooms."
"Wonderful updated room. VERY comfortable bed with very nice linens. Great location in town walkable to both ends of town. Great location to Mt. Rushmore monument. Morning breakfast was more than expected with great coffee. Thank you for making our experience special. "
"Front desk caught that I’d accidentally booked for 2026 and was great about making the change. Owner was ver friendly. Wish we could have stayed another day or two "
