Stylish new hotel with top notch facilities and amenities. Easy access to Tsukiji market, trains, Ginza, and areas to walk and explore. Service is friendly and efficient. Great location rught next to Tsuchiji maket. Loved the onsen public bathhouse. Great breakfast with lots of options--even had salmon sashimi and other fresh seafood options. The staffs were kind and accommodating. The rooms were a bit small but that’s not uncommon in Tokyo. Overall, very happy with the stay.

Our housekeeper is awesome. We stayed in room 618. She gave us new towels, makes our bed, and provides what we need in our room daily without having to put the “clean my room” sign. Convenient hotel
Hotel is conveniently located next to Tsukiji outer market and a 10-min walk from Tsukiji station. Staff at the front desk were helpful with storing our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out. The luxury twin room that we booked was spacious for Tokyo standard. However, although it is a ‘luxury’ room, we only get to look into the wall of an adjacent building 1.5m away. Hotel is not very eco friendly. Even though we did not request for housekeeping the room was made up every day and all towels changed. Hotel also has a public bath which, according to Japanese culture, should be used in nude and only after you have cleansed yourself thoroughly. During our stay, we witnessed a Caucasian mother in swimming costume who brought in her daughter and son into the bath meant for female only. There was a hotel staff at the counter outside the public bath but he did not stop the lady. Shouldn’t the staff have stopped them?
