The onsen on the 14th floor is so great with beautiful views. Wish I had gone there last year when we stayed there. Would stay again at &Here Ueno because we love the staff and area so much. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Upper floors with park view are the only way to go.

The back entrance does lead you into a street in the red light district but it was completely safe and we walked down it every night to get back to the hotel with our baby and never had any issues.
