A great place to spend the night while visiting Florence. It is 5-minute walk from the train station. It is within walking distance of most things in the Florence center. Clean, friendly, practical. The staff/owners of this place are the finest and friendly people and I enjoyed my stay a lot thanks to them. The hotel felt homey and comfortable although of course has some areas of improvement, but overall I feel at home and I’d return. I had no problem with the wifi, my only inconvenient was that the actual balcony attracts mosquitoes, so I would advise to spray some repellent.

I will not pay my entire stay at this Hotel. The property is horrible. The bed was broken, my son suffered a back injury. No breakfast offered, charged as more than expected. the room was so tiny and the staff is not speaking English.
