15 mins from Amsterdam by train, 10 minute walk from Weesp station., Very nice and relaxed, many bars and restaurants, family and couple friendly, open late despite the close nature to homes, real taste of the Dutch way of life to relax outside of Amsterdam. Highly recommend the area, hotel and bar restaurant below.

Wonderful, relaxing, well designed room with AC, sumptuous bedding, well insulated against noise, convenient, cozy restaurant downstairs for breakfast and dinner, all right in the heart of a charming town with many bridges and canals to stroll along.

Best hotel we've stayed at! Very clean, Smart TV, great shower and large room, great area for a relaxing holiday. The only downside are that there is no elevator, no Netflix (but Google Chromecast so not too big of a deal), and no actual front desk so it may take a little until you hear back from the property management. Other than that we had an amazing stay here and were very sad that we had to leave.

Wow, what a beautiful hotel in a beautiful town. This historical hotel has been upgraded inside with all the modern amenities you need including, A/C, refrigerator, comfortable bed and blackout curtains. The cafe was directly below us but the room is almost soundproof and we did not hear any noise from the cafe. One thing to consider before booking is the hotel is located on the second floor of this building. You enter through the cafe and there is a door in the cafe that takes you into the hotel portion. After cafe hours there is an outside entrance that can be accessed. There are 20 stairs that you take to the second floor, the stairs are steep and have a narrow step surface. Climbing these with suitcases is a little difficult. However, if the stairs don’t deter you you will be rewarded with a room that is clean, fresh and views that are postcard perfect. The staff in the cafe was warm and welcoming as was all the restaurants and shops we visited in Weesp. This town has shopping, a lot of choices for dining, nature trails you can walk, bike paths, and while we were there a village market fair. This hotel and town will not disappoint you.

Great place to decompress.
This was the best place that we stayed at during our trip. Everything was perfect, the coffee setup, the linens, the cleanliness and attention to details. The town of Weesp was quite and literally out of a landscape photo book with a few but very good restaurants. My only suggestion for future travelers is to buy an Amsterdam region pass for commuting to and from Weesp. I wasn’t aware that the town is outside the metro area and is not covered by the Amsterdam pass. Make sure you get the pass at the Centraal Station or the airport. There are not other places to get your tickets if you buy them on line. Found out that Amsterdam metro employees were rude and not willing to help. Do your homework for your commuting for sure.

This is a really beautiful hotel, the room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable. Check-in is done online and the key is sent to your phone which I found very convenient. The room was spotless and very well equipped, with a kettle, coffee machine and small fridge, plus a good selection of tea and coffee. There were also wine glasses and water glasses. The bathroom had a full selection of toiletries included. Additionally some biscuits from the local area were left on arrival which were delicious. The hotel is situated right in the centre of town and is convenient for all of the shops and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes walk from the station. I found it to be very quiet and peaceful in the room despite this. The view over the canal and square was also lovely. The restaurant downstairs from the hotel is a separate business but has very friendly staff and really good opening hours (even on Easter day) so would recommend for coffee/drinks/food. Given that Weesp is less than 20 minutes from Amsterdam on the train, I would really recommend it for those looking to sightsee but have somewhere quieter to return to. I would definitely stay here again if returning to Weesp.

The hotel was excellent, but because everything is done on line, there's no one at the hotel to deal with problems. We had to leave our rooms at 11am but there was nowhere to leave our luggage. Also, the safe did not work, a light-bulb was flickering and a bath-towel was dirty, but there was no one to talk to. This was a great shame because the whole experience was otherwise excellent. 5 star hotel in beautiful Weesp.
Great small boutique hotel in the centre of beautiful Weesp. Shops and cafes are within a short walk. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable bed and great bathroom. The cafe bar restaurant downstairs is excellent. Friendly staff and great snack and full menu. Only small drawback is absence of a lift!

This property was BEAUTIFUL! Recently renovated with a king bed which is rare in Europe. It’s boy downfall was trucking up all the luggage up 1 1/2 floors; definitely needs an elevator.

Practically perfect.
The room was amazing, clean, comfortable. Everything that you needed. I personally missed having a reception area. Also, as a single traveller, coming from the US, it was unexpected to have a 2nd floor room and no elevator. I had to make 3 trips up (or down) the stairs to get all my luggage to or from my room. It would have been nice to know that prior to booking, so that i might have made other arrangements. Strange also, to have to enter through the restaurant, but it was ok. I would recommend to others but include info regarding elevator.

Luxurious Stay
A beautiful hotel set in a lovely town, as part of a longer trip to Holland this was our favourite hotel of them all. Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was amazing I wish I could have taken it home with me! We were on the top floor, so we didn’t have much of a view from the windows but loved the skylight and the quirky little round window. Everything was of a high standard and the toiletries were really top quality, the shower was also great. The only thing missing was an iron and ironing board but we made do without. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we were visiting.
