Worst experience in over 20 years of travel to CH
The absolute worst ever. First Hotel.com use Google Maps and as such is not accessible in China. As such, you have no idea where the property is located. This one is 20 KM from the advertised location. I spend another $20 on 2 different taxies because they do not include the address in Chinese also. When I arrive no English at all just poor phone translation. No record of reservation. have to call manager (witch was home!) 20 minute later they found it! "Want upgrade?:" when I said NO I was ask for deposit in Wich-chat which I explain that is forbidden in my country. No avail. I offer credit card, cash, no backing off, I show her that on advertising it show that they accept credit card and cash. NOPE "New police requirement" I WAS STACK at 11.50PM in meddle of nowhere. Another $30,00 now to get back to civilization. .YOU BEEN WAENED! STAY AWAY! .
