Likes: Lots of space to stretch out. Great value for the money spent. Dislikes: No dehumidifier in room, it stays wet inside. Allowing adults to carry drinks and food into pools. (The pool bar is fine, but when I see a plate of food on the outside of the pool edge and a pina coloda spill into the water by a drunk woman, it made us leave the pool that day.) Please enforce no food and drinks in the pool.

BOM MAS LIMPEZA E CONSERVAÇÃO PRECISAM MELHORAR

Hotel excelente porém com ressalvas com relação a limpeza dos restaurantes. Sabemos que é difícil pois o resort é enorme e com muitos restaurantes. Mas a parte de bebidas por exemplo do restaurante principal “fede” demais. Parece que nunca foi limpo. O chão nem se fala. Tem que dar um jeito de ser limpo de madrugada o que não pode é ficar sem limpar. Na atividade de tiro no primeiro dia tinham duas espingardas sendo que uma delas a mola estava quebrada. No segundo dia só tinha uma espingarda porque a outra tinha quebrado. Gente, um resort desse tamanho com duas espingardas sendo que uma quebrada? Pelo amor de Deus comprem pelo menos umas 4 né? Daí tinham umas 20 pessoas para a atividade com apenas uma espingarda e para o chumbinho entrar na arma ainda tinha que empurrar com a tampa de uma caneta? Ah tenham vergonha na cara ou tirem essa atividade da programação.

Hotel com custo benefício ok Qualidade dos alimentos do all inclusive ok Muitos alimentos não tinham reposição no café da manhã e também no jantar Os jantares temáticos com reservas valem a pena, com refeições diferenciadas. Solicitei inúmeras vezes a recepção no período noturno um edredon a mais e a recepcionista nada disposta a ajudar.

Ótimo lugar para ir com a família se divertir

Resort muito excelente. Equipe atenciosa, quartos ótimos, limpeza do lugar muito boa e atividades também. Única coisa que não foi perfeito é que os doces não eram muito bons, a maioria parecia zero açúcar mesmo sem ser. De resto só elogios!

Ok mas pra quem não é exigente

Ponto positivo para o atendimento, pois os profissionais do hotel são sempre solícitos e amigáveis. A limpeza dos ambientes e do quarto é excelente. O negativo, vai para tudo que se refere aos produtos e serviços oferecidos. No sistema All inclusive, bebidas não alcoólicas são oferecidas em máquinas que só estão disponíveis após as 10h da manhã. Se você for para a piscina ou para a praia antes das 10h, passa sede, pois não disponibilizam copo nas áreas em que estão essas máquinas de água/refrigerante. As 10h os bares das piscinas abrem. Mas nunca, nunca mesmo tem água de coco nesse horário. Só chega mais tarde. As vezes só de tarde. E, sim, a água de coco você pede no bar, disputando aquela fila grande com quem está pedindo aqueles drinks demorados, e nem é o coco mesmo. Vem de um galão de 5 litros. Suco de fruta também é um problema. Simplesmente não encontra: “as frutas já acabaram” Alimentação: No almoço do restaurante principal: OS MESMOS PRATOS TODOS OS DIAS. Assim como os restaurantes das piscinas tinham os mesmos petiscos todos os dias (nada de peixe e camarão) A impressão que ficou é que eles estavam tentando economizar em tudo, o que acaba por prejudicar a satisfação dos hóspedes mais criteriosos. Como todos os anos vou para resorts All Inclusive, deixo aqui minha opinião: o Iberostar Waves não vale o dinheiro investido.

PRECISA MELHORAR

Já conhecia o resort, já tinha ido outras quatro vezes, as instalações são muito boas, as áreas de lazer são ótimas, mas desta vez, teve um porém... No final da tarde, quando íamos tomar banho, a água quente acabava e passamos seis dias tomando banho de água fria, mesmo mudando de quarto, não resolveu, falamos com várias pessoas do hotel e não teve vivalma, que viesse dar uma satisfação para nós, foi muito chata esse situação. Outra coisa que acham que poderiam melhorar, é o tipo de comida que é servida no bar/restaurante da piscina, deveria ser um local especializado em petiscos, já que está servindo a área da piscina, porém era o que menos tinha, basicamente comida para o almoço.
