We liked almost everything about the property particularly the attention and recommendations of the staff at the front desk. They were most polite and went out of their way to help us. We really enjoyed our stay at le 12 Hotel. Near the Saint-Lazarae train station. The room was very nice, modern design, expected of course for this range of hotels, the only downside was that it is a bit small but manageable. Super friendly staff, very kind. This property was in a great location, and we were able to walk, catch the bus, or take a short uber ride everywhere. The staff was great and provided us with everything we needed. Upon checking in the front desk staff gave us a wealth of information about where to go and what to do. The hotel was small but that's to be expected in Paris. We had or were able to get everything we needed easily. We'll definitely be staying here whenever we're able to return to Paris.

Room was deceiving and beyond small. Couldn’t even leave my suitcase open as there was no room to open the door if I didn’t pack it back up when I was done getting what I needed from the bag. The shower was also tiny, was difficult to shave, turn around, etc. the hotel staff were nice however which made the experience fair
