Fint hotel
Vi havde to overnatninger på RK Beach Hotel ved Kamari. Hotellet var rigtig fint, og der var rigtig god service. Desværre havde vi ikke noget varmt vand, men receptionen var behjælplig, og det blev ordnet til dagen efter. I mellemtiden kunne vi bade i kælderen. Desværre larmer det en del fra fly, der skal lande i lufthavnen. Det skal man lige være opmærksom på.

Room was clean but basic. Pool area was nice. Close to beach and restaurants. No access by car so have to walk 5 minutes to the road to get taxi or bus. Wifi didnt work in our room. Breakfast was poor quality. Would expect more for the price paid.

Well the location was perfect but the room was less than desirable. Not as pictured online and definitely not 3.5*, room was very basic with no added touches or comforts. The air conditioning leaked water all over the floor which unfortunately meant all over our luggage. Staff was fast to respond and washed all our clothes but damage still unfortunate way to start our stay.

L'hotel è in una posizione ottima davanti alla spiaggia e sulla via pedonale. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità da parte della signora della reception che credo sia la titolare. Pur avendo prenotato una stanza standard, all'arrivo abbiamo avuto la piacevole sorpresa che ci era stata assegnata una stanza con il giardino e la vasca idromassaggio che normalmente prevede un supplemento di costo. Ora purtroppo le note dolenti... la struttura ha ottime potenzialità ma purtroppo necessita di interventi di manutenzione. Prima di tutto la piscina che è rivestita di piastrelline di mosaico che in alcuni punti si sono staccate e hanno lasciato degli antiestetici vuoti; lo stesso per la vasca idromassaggio. Altra nota negativa: la colazione era prevista dalle ore 8.00 che a mio parere è già tardi ma arrivando alle 8.00 non era ancora completamente rifornita nè di cibo nè di posate ecc.. inoltre l'unica macchinetta per il caffè, cappuccino ecc.. è stata rotta per tutta la durata del soggiorno, potevano almeno dirottare i clienti al bar della piscina. Da ultimo, in bagno a volte si sentiva un insopportabile odore di fogna proveniente dai tombini. Spero che queste mie note possano essere utili alla Direzione perchè penso che con pochi interventi e più attenzione la struttura possa veramente acquistare valore.
