We had a great stay… probably the best room we could have been given. The only concern was for the hotel itself and the ongoing repairs they are having to make due to the recent hurricane. This was probably the only reason the area and rooms were not as clean as usual… not the hotel’s fault

Very dirty. Not clean.
I understand they are still recovering from the hurricane but our suit was filthy. Not just from some minor things but from long term neglect. Black mold inside toilet bowl and dark dirt stains all around the edges of the rooms from missed mopping and cleaning. I tried 5 times to contact the manager but she was never available. Finally found her and did get the last night canceled.

Absofuckinglutly loved this location for walking the long beach. There is still a lot of Rebuilding and clean up that needs to be done on the island however, this resort was great! Pool is not open or the hot tub but they are working on it!
