False accusation of Damage to TV that was not used and did not work in 2nd bedroom. Completed all required e-documents 7-10 days before hand and paid for parking passes online as well. 2 days prior was phoned about putting a credit card on file via a phone call from 3rd party, not on site management.
Had to jump through hoops to confirm that this was a legit call. You guessed it, informed of Damaged tv after checking out. E-mailed a response to said 3rd parties and basically tough luck.
Poor procedures and false accusations have created a bad taste in mouth. Best of luck and enjoy sticking it to me for the last time.

The condo complex overall was nice, tidy, and seemed well kept. However, the specific condo we stayed in was a big disappointment. It looked just like the pictures but the mattress were awful. I mean they were worn down so bad the springs constantly made noises and you could feel them sticking up. The bathrooms were also disappointing. In the master there was more water coming out of the tub nozzle than the shower head. And the tub faucet was caked in mineral deposits. The toilet was also badly stained. Finally, the sofa and chair cushions were pathetic. They all looked 20 years old or older. Overall it just seemed very tired and worn out.
