The property is not clean. Unsavory characters all over this property. One of the housekeepers said if you get any stains or anything you will be charged. Well sure enough, although i was very careful not to hardlybuse the linens...i got dinged $35 for a stain on a washcloth and the bathmat. This is quite a scam, they all but tell you they are going to keep your deposit. Maybe if the rooms were clean, carpets are filthy etc. Took nearly 10 minutes to get hot water and they kept my deposit. What a scam. I would not recomment this property to anyone. There is a night manager who seems to work a "side business" from her room. Pretty shady indeed. Never again will I stay at this roach motel. Wyndham should be ashamed.

Muy Mala experiencia, no te hacen válido el desayuno y ahí viene que te lo dan pero al momento de exigirlo no te lo dan, tienes que dejar un depósito de 100 dólares, los cuales buscaron cualquier pretexto para quitarme 25 dólares por la colcha tener una mancha de catsup, tienen cláusulas que no te muestran al llegar y al final te quitan dinero de tu depósito por cualquier pretexto, de ninguna manera recomiendo este hotel, mal trato por parte de las personas; si pueden no se hospeden en este lugar de ninguna manera, no desperdicien su dinero y menos si van en plan de vacaciones

The room wasn’t in good condition. The beds did not look clean. Some of the lights didn’t work and the heater took about 5 hours to heat up. We had to sleep with our coats over us because the room was so cold.

Beyond EXCELLENT Front desk service
The front desk attendant, Kelly, was beyond helpful & kind. He even stayed later to make sure we were checked in & accommodated. I’m truly grateful for the manager & Kelly’s excellent customer service. He did mention the hotel was going through some updates. Our room was just ok. The backside is so loud next to the freeway. After a long drive it was hard to rest. Location was easy to access. Just follow the signs lol

Howard Johnsons at this location is definitely losing the value challenge. The office is run by an unfriendly lady taking advantage of travelers using this app because they know you can’t cancel and be refunded. The whole backside has a nauseating reek of diesel fuel. The sink was broken and they don’t offer as much as a cup of coffee although still charging full price. In the end, avoid this place and you’ll be far better off. Personally, I think sleeping in the car would have been better and much cheaper.

Don't stay here. They charge you for using their towels. They charged me 49.00 for them and refused to give me the towels I paid for. These were normal wear and tear.
