Phoenix Woodsprings Inns and Suites, Deer Valley A
It was very basic. No kitchen supplies AT ALL. No dish soap, drain rack, dish cloths, utensils, pots pans, plates, bowls, ice machine, coffee maker other than the lobby etc. Take out your own garbage, no recycling. No housekeeping unless requested in 3 day intervals and towel replacement where you go to the front desk with dirty to get clean 1 for 1. No tissue in the room or shampoo/rinse or bath soap. Limited hand soap for bathroom sink.

We booked for three people, but the pull-out couch was not made up, and no linens were provided. The bed did not have a blanket, just a flimsy bedspread, so it was too cold for sleeping well. No amenities like Kleenex tissues or hand cream, just shampoo.

Pretty good for price. Clean with good beds. Rooms are not well insulated for sound and you can hear neighoring room TVs and flushing toilets. Tub drain was slow and USB jack at lamp inoperable but otherwise pretty good. I got the feeling that they have a big share of longer term patrons

Won’t stay again
I booked a double queen room and they were over booked. Ended up jabbing to settle for a single queen and they put an air mattress in the room for the extra bed. The people weee friendly but to not get what I paid for was disappointing. I was told I would receive a partial refund due to the single being cheaper but I haven’t received that yet.
