très bien pour ce déplacement pro, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petit déjeuner proposé. Très propre et calme en pleine nuit (quelques nuisances dans la rue en soirée due à la présence de bars en bas)

Truly disappointed and feel gaslit

The heating didn't work, even when on the maximum setting, yet I was assured by them that it was working and they could give me a blanket if I was cold. (Why would I need a blanket if the heat was working??). I suffer from rhinitus so the cold air is painful for my sinuses. Terrible night sleeps the whole time. They could also not provide a portable heater nor source one for me, they refused. This is in winter I might add. . Shower facility was good and hot though slightly snug fit if you're a bigger individual, no lights directly in the shower, I would recommend. Not a clean room though, lots of hairs in the bed, floor, sofa and on the spare duvet. The floor was grubby dirty and you could tell more by looking at the soles of your feet after a clean shower. One of the bedroom side lights was flickering. Not a double/queen bed! 2 single beds pushed together with a larger sheet covering and duvet, disappointed and not what I paid for. The booking said it was soundproof, not the case as I could clearly hear the outside main road and pedestrians, even with the window doors fully latched closed. Diluted washing up liquid. Rooms are definitely not sound proof, there was a sports match on Tuesday night which kept me awake with the people in the bar opposite being rowdy. Also, maintenance work is being done underneath the apartments which the construction work can be clearly heard in all rooms, banging of tool work etc for hours. There was no notice that construction work was due.

Séjour du 10 au 13 février

Séjour agréable au 3eme étage de l'hôtel Bellevue, le logement est bien adapté pour 4 personnes et correctement équipé. Aucun soucis pour accéder avec les codes d'accès et réponse rapide quand j'ai eu des questions. Manque juste un balai et une pelle afin de pouvoir ramasser les saletés le temps du séjour.

Left out in the cold

The property is OK, but I couldn't get in on arrival by 0 Celsius outside. It took me one hour to get in touch with someone. Apparently he had sent me instructions over What'sApp, which I never use, and didn't bother to find out if I ever received them. To me this is the worst sin a hotel can do to you. How difficult is it to tell your customers at the time of booking: "You will receive a code via What'sApp"? On the contrary I was left to believe that there WAS a receptionist after 18h at the hotel. I'm furious.

The first stairs were killers with suitcases.. Alleluia fr the elevator Even though only fr one person.. But our problem was with the outlets . Only one type of adapter plugs worked on the outlets .. Can u look into it ?

V. Good shower. Kitchen stove and utensils are very good and sufficient. Good amenities. However, Stairs to lift too steep n difficult to bring heavy luggage. It would be good if lift could be in ground floor. Room cleaning needed for daily. Spring mattress hurts the back. After a long trip, better bed cushions would make our stay even better. This place was new, clean and comfortable. I had never spent much time in the 11th or 20th arrondissements, but we really enjoyed the true "ville de Paris" - not so touristy, but very easy to get around and a pleasure to walk the neighborhood.

El alojamiento está bastante bien. Limpio y cómodo. Cama del dormitorio y sofá cama bastante cómodos. Se encuentra ubicado algo alejado del centro pero con paradas de bus en la misma puerta y a lo largo de la avenida y de metro también muy cerca. La única pega es que ahora, con los juegos olímpicos, ha subido el transporte a casi el doble y, aunque saques tarjeta de transporte (bono), salen caros los viajes. Sale incluso más económico moverte con Uber para las salidas y regresos al apartamento ya que de esa manera te ahorras los trasbordos de bus y metro. En otra época hubiésemos utilizado seguro el metro y el bus ya que con un billete puedes montarte en ambos, haciendo trasbordos de uno a otro, en los 90 minutos desde que sacas el billete.

Beware: There is no reception. The management will email you the day before (for us, while we were midair) for your phone number to text you entry info. The stairwell is filthy. The apartment was (mostly) clean. There was a nice rotating fan which made the nights tolerable. There was a lot of noise from the "shaft" and the street businesses. I cannot recommend this location.
