I arrived fairly late at night but had confirmed my reservation earlier in the evening. When I arrived, I was told that there was only one room that had slight ceiling damage in the bathroom from an earlier leak. It was some discoloration, so I decided to take it. I was tired and didn't want to drive. The front desk person was nice and did discount the room.
The hotel is pretty much just a place to stop overnight, but I did get the impression that people were living there full time.
I did not see any signs of bugs, and the bedding in my room seemed new. There was no comforter on the bed though only a thin blanket. The hotel in general just seemed to need a little maintenance.
The breakfast was available, but not a big selection. At least the eggs were fresh cooked and not just reheated.
In summary, a place to stay if needed but not much else. The staff was friendly though.
