The entire resort has been revamped. Our unit was immaculate however must not have replaced the mattress. Sloped downhill,we slept on a slope for our stay, 2 nights.. Really need to take a close look at the bedding. .

I loved this property and will stay again if I have the opportunity.
The only downside was someone would leave the main entrance door open so it wasn’t always locked. And a tv guide would be great to have!

We were just looking for a place to stay for our son's spring break. The "concierge" desk texted that we needed to come back after we registered to pick up our welcome packet. They then wanted to make an appointment for us to come in the next day for a sales pitch about buying property and wanted a $60 deposit, to be refunded after we showed up for the sales pitch. This is the second time we've had high-pressure sales from Wyndham when we just wanted a hotel room.

The room was nice and recently renovated, and a big plus if you like extra firm beds. The refrigerator didn’t work upon arrival but was fixed within a few hours. The biggest negative was that I could hear every footstep of the people above me through the squeaky floor.

My husband and I couldn’t believe the affordability of this place! It was clean, convenient, and the service was awesome. Will be staying here again if we ever come back!

I chose this place based on a review that stated how quiet it was here. While traveling to this resort we stopped by to visit with family being sure to leave on time to arrive at the resort by 4pm. We arrived at 3:55pm and went to check in only to be told our room wasn't ready. How long could it take right, so we sit on the rocking chairs outside. About 40 minutes go by and we're wondering why we haven't heard anything, we go to check only to be told it's still not ready, we go back outside disappointed. What choice do we have other than to wait? Not only are we annoyed but we're tired. By 540pm we finally get our room keys and we're told for our convenience we would be receiving an email from the manager regarding a complimentary stay. After 2 days of not receiving the email I reached out to inquire only to be told I will check on that for you, still no response!

Check in took forever (1hr) because they dont give you your key until you meet with a sales rep about scheduling a time share presentation. Room is clean but needs tlc. Floor is very squeeky. A/c units outside are super noisy hard to sleep. Bathroom clean. Kitchen well stocked.
