Stayed there a week. From the start, my credit card information was handwritten down during an outage and told it would be kept safe and destroyed once things were back online. Days later I repeatedly asked and they handed me my paper even though they had “been told they’d all been destroyed” leading me to question my financial safety. The pool was closed down, the only entrance that worked was the front desk, the ice machine was broken, i spent days without hot water because their water heater was broken, the internet was out for days, the elevator only worked two days out of the time I was there as it kept breaking down and trapping guests inside, the guest laundry was unusable as the dryer is broken, and the fire alarm went off due to smoke from the grill not being able to be vented out cause the vent over the grill is broken. I was told about it being broken and that they normally open a back door to circulate the air. I tried to meet with the manager about this but they were only onsite for 5 hours one day.
