When arriving at the property was very sketchy, but the staff was great. The rooms were small, but was accommodated with a rollaway bed. I had a child get sick while there and they were quick to help me get the tools I needed to clean the mess over all the stay was fine but it’s very dated

The exterior impression is that of a homeless camp. Questionable people in the parking lot. Weeds over 2’ tall everywhere. We were told the Ice machine was broken and we would have to go to the next building over. All staff was friendly. Luckily we arrived before the reservation became in refundable. OVERPRICED

Overall it was quiet during my stay. The building is dated so you have to expect a little water pipe noise or slamming door. The lighting was dim but the rooms are not designed to be brightly lite. Check in and staff are excellent, I have stayed before in the recent past and the same was true then. For the price it is a good value, for convenience, location and walkable places, also good. I only need a bed and a shower in a clean room when visiting North Platte. I will stay again because in compared to a Marriott or Hilton property nearby, I received the same level of service for a lot less out of pocket.
