Beautiful property in a very good area. Staff were kind and eager to help make our stay wonderful. Especially Luca, upon greeting us on our arrival his smile and attitude made us feel so welcome. We had 2 rooms both lovely that had great air conditioning, super comfortable beds and pillows. The showers have good water pressure and nice toiletries. The pool even though it’s is small really makes a difference and a nice break from the heat, plus the view from the roof top deck is amazing day and night. However the pool should stay open a little later…then it would be perfect. I would go back for sure. Just book it you won’t be sorry.

Five star service Giorgio!!! Concierge was amazing and very helpful. Downstairs bartender was great. Hotel is a little far out from the center but totally walkable to almost anywhere. The hotel rooftop view was magical. They had a live band during sunset to make it an unforgettable evening. Our room was spacious. The bed could use some work very hard and not to comfortable. The aesthetics in the room were true luxurious. I loved it and will stay again this October.

This property is simply gorgeous. The location across from The Arno in the front to the views of Santa Croce and The Duomo in the rear is magical. The rooms are luxurious, the beds are comfortable, the service is top notch. I would not hesitate another visit to this splendid property. We did not eat on site, other than breakfast in bed one morning (which was lovely). So I cannot comment on the dining. The rooftop was undergoing renovations during our visit, it was not the least bit disruptive or unpleasant.
