I have being staying at this location every week for the past 5 months due to work. I’m charged a $50 or sometimes $100 incidental deposit. Every time I go I never know which it will be! The other day at check in I was told I wasn’t allowed to check in on the tap pay because I needed the physical card. I explained to the man, I have been coming the past five months and this hasn’t been an issue. He then said “well I haven’t seen you and you need a physical card”. First of all seeing me or not doesn’t change the fact that this policy is inconveniently being followed. I proceeded to tell him I did not have one, because it was in the mail on its way to me. He then cancelled the check in and said “then we won’t be checking you in”. I understand policies and procedures. What I don’t understand is rude delivery, especially to someone who’s been staying for the last five months. I will no longer be staying here and will make sure my company knows not to use this place. In five months I’ve had fantastic service. It took one experience with a rude, power hungry employee to change that. I’d highly recommend undercover check ins to check on your night employees.
