This was a really wonderful experience. The hotel is top grade from start to end. The staff were exceptional from reception to cleaning to bar and restaurant. So much consideration was put into the facility. It caters for everything one could ever need in a hotel and more and with the highest quality. I loved it immensely and can’t recommend it enough.

Beautiful hotel located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of busy Osaka. Staff were very friendly, hotel was beautifully designed, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They even provided a crib for our baby (emailed to reserve in advance). Highly recommend!

Somewhat no frills service, but the important things were there - efficient check in / check out, nice modern & clean rooms, comfortable beds & pillows, situated in a convenient and relatively quiet location. In-house restaurant was surprisingly good, as is the bar. A bevy of decent restaurants nearby, as well as combinis and even a mcdonalds for when the combini is closed.

We loved our stay at Zentis Osaka — the staff and atmosphere were warm and welcoming, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the amenities are excellent (the laundry room is not only functional but also chic, with a vending machine, Nespresso machine, microwave, sofa, perfumes, books etc). The hotel is a bit of a walk to the metro, but very easily accessible by taxi and on foot, and although there’s a lot of night life nearby, it’s a quiet location to stay in and the rooms are very quiet/comfortable for sleeping.
