In town for a concert so not much time there but the front desk staff was awesome - friendly and accommodating. Convenient parking, within walking distance or quick access to Uber or cab. The breakfast was plentiful and good but most important, it was clean and well maintained.

Clean and comfortable, good location
Our room was clean and comfortable and for Nashville, pretty reasonable. (Rooms are expensive there.) The location is nice -- away from the constant bustle of Downtown. The continental breakfast did not offer fruit or gluten-free items so if you have diet restrictions, this is problematic. Also, sales taxes are exhorbitant. We went to the Skybar and were shocked to see nearly 25 percent on our drink bill!

Very clean and nice hotel. Best part of our stay was the rooftop bar/restaurant. We had intended to go out to eat at a restaurant but after a tour it started pouring rain so we went to the rooftop and had a really nice evening. The bartender/hostess was very friendly and we enjoyed visiting with her.

My wife loved this one.
My wife is very particular about hotel rooms but she had no complaints with the cleanliness and comfort level of this hotel. New carpets, comfortable bed, excellent bath products especially the body lotion.All of the employees were happy and friendly which made for a very nice experience. Loved the rooftop bar and lounge, we would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel , room was big, clean and spacious. Service was excellent, I arrived early and they were able to accommodate me to check in and settle in. The proximity to downtown was great and also quiet enough from all the noise.

Great But Isolated
Great hotel but inconvenient to Broadway downtown in hot weather. 1 mile in 90 degree heat makes it very difficult to walk and I walk 4 to ( miles a day. Uber prices we took to and from the hotel varied from $7 to $21 depending on the time of day. A private cab quoted us $36 for 1 mile!! The Capital View neighborhood is brand new but limited for tourists. The area is quite separated from the action downtown. The hotel itself is lovely.
