The property is on the older side but that’s why it is so spacious. The facilities are well maintained and the rooms are very clean. The main reason I gave it 5 stars is that the staff is exceptional. They go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay.

We had a bungalow with a nice view to the garden. The cleaning crew was very friendly and helpful especially FON the cleaning lady. The only annoying thing was the duplex, double bungalow with the wall and the door between with zero sound poofing. I could hear every word of my neighbor even the snoring and ... whatever.

Great Location and Friendly Atmosphere
This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff were friendly, and the reception area had a welcoming feel. Room: The room was decent, with a spacious bed, though the pillows were quite firm. I requested softer ones but ended up with more hard pillows—oh well! The room was clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping tidying up daily. The shower could use an upgrade with new showerheads, but overall, it was a quiet and comfortable stay. Pool: I really enjoyed the pool area, though you need to get there a bit early to secure a sunbed. The water temperature was perfect. I asked for an extra towel since the mattress was too hot but was told each guest gets only one, which was a bit annoying. On the bright side, the pool bar was a nice touch! Beach & Surroundings: I liked that Kamala had a more relaxed vibe compared to the busier Patong. The beach gets nicer if you walk a bit further, and I enjoyed peaceful afternoon strolls there. Plenty of great restaurants nearby—Mama Mia was my favorite! The hotel’s massages were excellent—more expensive than the nearby shops but of better quality and still very affordable. Overall: A great place to stay with a nice atmosphere, good amenities, and a fantastic location. Would recommend!

Our room was way in the back of the complex. Walking on the pool deck, although newly replaced, was unbelievably slippery! At night, ther was a step that was not lit and someone could really fall and hurt badly! The pool, although beautiful, was very unsafe too as there were jagged tiles and underwater steps to hit with your legs. Bathroom and light switches were very awkward! Staff was nice

Run down Beach Hotel
Nothing special about this hotel. It's old and run down. Beds are terrible, although the AC did work great! The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. Its directly across the street from the beach and in the center of the beach town. So, there is very easy access to stores and restaurants. This is also one of those places that does not let you check in early even if the room is ready. I got thier at 2:25pm and said the room wouldn't be ready till 3pm. Then at 3pm about 40 people all went to the desk to get keys to check in, just stupid and crazy for no reason. Even with this being a great location, I would not stay again.
