Exceptional Stay at Radisson Hotel Istanbul Sultanahmet Our recent family trip to Istanbul was made even more memorable by our stay at the Radisson Hotel Istanbul Sultanahmet. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our family of four had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request truly made a difference. Our room was excellent, with all the amenities and services we could need. Everything was well-maintained and contributed to a relaxing and convenient stay for our whole family. One of the hotel's biggest assets is its ideal location. Situated in a beautiful historic district, it's within easy walking distance of major attractions like the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. This made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable for all of us. Overall, we highly recommend the Radisson Hotel Istanbul Sultanahmet. The combination of helpful staff, excellent amenities, and a prime location makes it a perfect choice for families visiting Istanbul. We would definitely stay here again. 5 out of 5 stars

Excellent location, very professional and friendly staff and hotel manager. Felt like at home. Location is superb, food and room were fantastic and met our expectations. View on Bosphorus from the window. will come again, Highly recommend. Cleaning of the room was on time and always tidy.

The location is good, but the carpet in the room is stained and dirty, the shower had mold and the bathroom is very small. The front desk person Murat was not at all helpful and was hard selling cash payment for the taxi service hired through the hotel. When asked about a room upgrade or the promised VIP access amenities he said "it doesn't matter, we are a busy hotel". The only things enjoyed at this hotel were the restaurant on site and the front desk person Kalander, who was very warm and professional when we checked out.

Nice staff, easy up hill walk to mosque areas and onto crazy shopping etc. Lots of food places on hill up. Hotel on waterfront, so nice quiet walk along boulevard if you like. Small hotel, but unlike other reports my room was not small (rear)

When we first arrived we were received by Murat. He was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Our room had a perfect view to the sea. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. All of the staff members greeted us and treated us like if we were home. Our 5 nights at this hotel were just excellent. We will be back.

Lovely hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Murat in reception who went above and beyond and always smiling. Rooms were a little small but perfectly adequate. Nice comfortable bed and had everything you needed. The only criticism i have is that the tea and coffee was not topped up. You had to ask at reception. Breakfast was nice and enough choice although not cheap for 20 euros. Would definitely stay there again

Staff very pleasant and helpful. However we had to Ask every day for the Nescafé to be replaced in our room as it wasn’t and even after asking we didn’t receive it on one day. Also the breakfast was pretty meager considering the price and breakfasts we had in other hotels in Istanbul.

The property is very small compared to other Radisson hotels. There is no elevator, nobody is there to help you with your luggage once you get to the hotel, there is no pool. Rooms are tiny. The biggest plus is location, of course. It's walkable to all old town sightseeings: Blue mosque, Aya Sofia, grand bazar, etc. And it's right by the water.

Todo muy bien, excepto por el personal de Front Desk, ya que nos quisieron vender paquetes de turismo, y como no los quisimos, el trato cambio 180 grados. No fue uno solo, sino dos de ellos. El demás Staff excelente y sobre todo del restaurante. Realmente este asunto del Front Desk nos dejo mucho que desear y teníamos la Master Suite. El personal al que nos referimos es el del turno del Domingo 18 de agosto por la tarde y del lunes 19 de agosto por la mañana. Los otros miembros del staff de recepción sin comentario, ya que en realidad no tuvimos contacto con ellos.
