10/10 Excellent

room and facilities fabulous, just abit noisy with the road traffic but ideal for staying in the city after events, will definitely be back.

Great Stay in SE1

Always a great stay and excellent location.
Barbro, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Bit noisy heard a few sirens during the night . Can’t rate staff as I didn’t see any .
James, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Rooms were clean and well presented. We had an issue with our door lock that was resolved fairly quickly and we were able to access our room again.
Mark, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

We had trouble with the door locks and couldn't get in, however the 24 hour access line was good and they helped. I was impressed with the studio room - quite large and clean.
Wilma, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

Didn’t love the no reception aspect. The room its self was clean but no AC and a broken fan in the room.
Brooke, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Property was very secure and very clean. Studio room was well equipped and suited my needs the period of my stay. Would be good if there was a fan or aircon as it was very hot and the window was very slightly open on the catch and locked for security purposes, but this did not allow any air to circulate. Other than that i cannot fault.
Tracey, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

it did the job for the price we paid!
Emma, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

It was good for what we paid. Don’t expect luxury but it’s a good place to just lay your head at night. The walls are made of paper, you can hear everything. There’s a 24/7 convenience store across the street which was nice. Overall, would recommend to someone traveling on a budget.
William, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

I didn't actually complete my stay. I couldn't get over how tiny the room was. I wouldn't recommend the single room for anyone who suffers even the slightest from claustrophobia. From what I could see, the toilet and shower were very clean. There is no lift so I would caution anyone who has a lot of baggage.
Keisha, 2-night trip

Good v

As described, everything you need for an overnight stay. Being a room without window it was warm so fan was welcomed that was provided.

Excellwnt value for money and would definitely stay again
Piper, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Room was lovely and had everything we needed but it was filthy and felt like it hadn’t been given a proper clean in ages. Everything was dusty, there were crumbs everywhere from previous guests, hairs left in the shower, some sort of sticky substance on the floor near the bin and rubbish (parts of sweet packets) swept under the bed.
Hannah, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

Window to our room was broken, so could not open in the heat. Everything was very dusty, I had to wipe it down. No reception is difficult because if you need something, you did not get a reply until the next day (or not at all)
Kiran, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

We were unexpectedly upgraded to a room with windows! Was a nice surprise as we had booked for no windows.. Not understanding the other reviews, we had a very positive experience. Only note, the coffee and tea making station was very well equipped (even had oat milk), however, the only coffee was decaf..
Annabel, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Liked the availability of luggage storage area for pre-check in. Liked the ability to contact the central person with problems, even if there is no front desk. Did not realize there was a thing we had to put on the door to get housekeeping done, so we didn't get any until I asked about it. The room was very small, but clean and modern, one of the light fixtures was hanging off and the main light did not work, but it was cheap and a fine place to stay if that is all you really want.
PETER, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

Checking in was an issues, my mistake on the email, the bathroom was so small, no handwashing soap or cream. The room was too hot, we ended up opening the window and the traffic noise was unbearable. We could hear the person on the room above walking all night and anytime they flush their toilet we can hear it. All in all not a very nice place to spend a night
Christiana, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Let’s just say I needed an air conditioner. I was so hot. It was a fan in there so I will put that next to the bed. but the fan was super dusty. Also, I advised writing down the codes and keeping them with you while you go out and about because my phone was stolen while I was in London but thankfully, the guy who helped me look for my phone. Let me call the hotel from their phones so they can let me in the building in my room. What’s a very small room, but I don’t care cause it’s only me. It was kind of on a noisy street, but that also didn’t bother me that much. Just make sure you close the windows cause they were open when I walked in so that help kept the noise down overall not a bad experience was cheap for a quick weekend so I didn’t mind it. It was a 20 minute walk from borough, market, which was nice.
Talena, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

If you looking for a cheap clean and great place. Then you've found it. Perfect for budget travel.
John, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Only thing i would have wished more, is little fridge in the hotel room. And two duvets to the double bed. Otherwise the room was nice and there was enough room for three people. Check-in and all was easy. I could come again to this hotel.
Emilia, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

No staff but room clean and tidy.

Hotel was clean and tidy. Check in process is a bit weird, no staff and access hotel and room via a code. Worked smoothly.
Carl, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

It was a fabulous prpoerty for what we paid for. If you want a good price and to be able to cook for yourself.
Priscilla Lee, 4-night trip

8/10 Good

Having read some reviews only after booking I was somewhat dreading seeing the room however was pleasantly surprised. If you are claustrophobic, just pay extra for the space as it is well worth it. Service was fine. I was able to get a later check out and luggage storage access when emailing customer service. They also provided new towels when asked. Cleanliness could have been a bit better as there was some limescale on the shower but this didn't bother us enough to complain, especially due to the price we paid which is decent for London. One of the blindes string was broken so I did have to roll it up my hand. One of the windows also didn't stay open but we wedged a picture frame in which did the job. It was loud outside at night but this is no fault of the accomodation so nothing I could fault them for and I don't agree with those complaining about this. All in all, good area to be in, comfortable room. The TV reception wasn't great but we spent most of the time outdoors anyway. I would stay again if on a budget.
