More than your money’s worth!
You make fabulous pisco sours at your bar! I loved the bar service! And everyone at the hotel was friendly and very courteous- and the price is good. Keep working on eco friendliness, something in the lobby re what you are trying to do. And good restaurants at walking distance. Thank you!!

Don't go to this hotel, in the next room there were people taking drugs, partying with prostitutes, we couldn't sleep, we didn't complain either because we were scared, they could do something against us! Staff at the front desk, very rude! Horrible experience in a hotel that is supposed to be one of the best!

Good & safe stay
Went there due to business. Stayed here before also and had earth quake that time. Since the hotel is built to take big earthquakes - and staff are good - coming back was easy. shopping mall 2min away (70-80m), central location. recommended... although it is a little bit expensive.

Loved everything about this property, location, service, style of hotel and rooms. Loved how they provide fresh water and lemonade throughout the day. Being gluten free and dairy free, they were very accommodating at the restaurant. Only negative was, I felt the room and everywhere was clean, except inside the bed we found hair. We did not bring this up to the staff, as we were only there for one night and it was already too late in the evening to change rooms or sheets.
