Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da, beim ersten Besuch nächtigten wir im Bio Haus Linde. Hier war soweit alles in Ordnung. Bei dem jetzigen Aufenthalt wurden wir im Haus Therme untergebracht, welches mittlerweile deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist, was jedoch nicht schlimm gewesen wäre, wenn die Sauberkeit etc. gestimmt hätte. Leider war deutlich wahrnehmbarer Schimmel im Badezimmer und es wirkte doch alles etwas unsauber (bspw. große Staubwolken hinter dem Sessel, dreckiger Föhn, verklebter Spiegel, Haar auf dem Bettlaken, Handtuchheizung verstaubt, dreckiges Badezimmerfenster usw.). Da das Hotel im vergangenen Jahr von 4 auf 5 Sterne hochgestuft wurde, sind die o.g. Punkte nicht akzeptabel, d.h. einen dritten Besuch werden wir der Unterkunft wohl nicht abstatten. Wellnessbereich war schön, Auswahl der Speisen am Frühstücksbuffet und abends im a la Carte Restaurant vollkommen ausreichend. Essen war schmackhaft. Beim Frühstück wirkte es tlw. so, dass zu wenig Personal vor Ort war, da die leeren Teller teils gar nicht oder erst sehr spät abgeräumt wurden.

Für uns das allerbeste und schönste 5 Sterne Hotel in Deutschland:) überall liebevolle perfekte Dekodetails , zu jeder Jahreszeit etwas besonderes!Die Badelandschaft- Pools sind herausragend, wo man hinschaut alles sehr hochwertig verarbeitet! Whirlpools, Saunen,Salzgrotte .. es fehlt an nichts.Biotop und tolle Liegewiese mit Schaukeln und Loungemöbeln- alles vom Feinsten sehr elegant und dennoch wunderschön gemütlich!Die Zimmer alle ein Traum , jedes Haus hat einen eigenen Charakter. Vom Essen und Service ganz zu schweigen.. auch hier : einmal Ortner’s- immer Ortner’s. Seit über 20 Jahren sind wir gerne Gast und fühlen uns wie zuhause … wären noch gerne noch öfters dort:) Immer eine Reise wert!!!! Wir sind Fans!!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Wellnessbereich. Die Bereiche sind sehr modern und schon gestaltet. Die Liegen und Ruhebereiche sind sehr bequem und schick gestaltet. Das Essen ist hervorragend und die Servicekräfte alle sehr zuvorkommend. Trotzdem habe ich das ein oder andere „negative“ - laut: mein Zimmer ging zum Innenhof raus Zimmer 111 direkt gegenüber werden wohl die Getränke gelagert es hat bis nachts um 2:30 immer wieder gescheppert weil Getränke ein und ausgeräumt wurden und Wägen mit Getränken über das Kopfsteinpflaster geschoben wurden. Ich wurde mehrmals in der Nacht geweckt. Morgen ab 8:00 Uhr waren die Reinigungskräfte relativ laut vor den Zimmern es wurde laut gesprochen gelacht und die Putzmittel in die Eimer gedonnert. An einem Morgen wurde sogar der Staubsauger gegen die Türen gedonnert. - keine richtigen Whirlpools. Es gibt zwei Whirlpools einen beim Freibad und einen auf dem Dach. Allerdings ist es kein richtiger Whirlpool sondern eher so Sprudelliegen. Für einen Whirlpool war mir das Wasser zu kalt auch wenn es angenehm warm war mit 32 grad - die Lage ist okay. Es ist allerdings mitten in einem kleinen Ort. Also schon in einer ruhigen Straße mit grün drum rum aber nicht abgelegen.
