OK, but prob not the best.
Overall the property was clean in the common areas. I did not take part in the complimentary breakfast. The back doors were apparently not working and had to be manually opened and closed. The bed was awful and mattress was obviously past the time of replacement as there was a big dent in the middle and it was rock hard. The sheets were so old that they had shrunk and kept coming off the corners of the bed. My only other complaint was that there was not enough parking if coming back late at night. This is also mostly me, but I couldn't figure out the smart TV and there were no instructions in the room. I also wished the room would have had a mini keurig coffee maker instead of the old fashioned and uncleanly coffee pot.

Clean but inconvenient
The room itself was clean and comfortable. I booked a room with a tub but this only had a shower. There were 3 of us but they only gave us 2 towels and 1 washcloth. The one set of doors in the lobby that lead to the rear parking lot were broken and you had to manually slide them open and shut. There were spots where the ceiling was leaking and buckets were catching the water. The doors to the pool and exercise room were broken. There were absolutely no towels in the pool room. Front desk brought me a bin and told me to take what i needed but never stocked the pool area. The internet was not working properly. Could not sign in to any streaming apps and the cable channel guide did not work. Everything we tried to watch was spotty and kept blacking out. While the room was clean and comfortable, the inconvenience of everything else was not worth the 100+ per night. I would not recommend this place.

Highly recommend
This hotel is great, friendly staff, nice rooms and amenities. It's within walking distance of two restaurants so you don't have to fight the traffic to get a good meal.

Very disappointed
I contacted them to let them know I was not going to be there the first night as I had to work late. They marked me as a no show then when I got there the next day. My room door didn’t shut automatically, it hit the door frame so you had to push it shut. My floor was not vacuumed as there were wrappers under the table and junk on the floor. Then in the morning the front staff was eating the breakfast that was put out for guests. At least if you’re going to eat, go in the back away from guests.

The door top hinge is not installed properly 801 & the needs slammed in order to be closed. The pool enclosure leaks from the ceiling at 2 separate points (raining outside but ceiling panel removed, so, it's a known problem) into the pool water. Skimmer door missing.

Mediocre at best definitely cleanliness needs impr
The room was insufficiently clean debris on the floor. The showerhead gray film on the white base toilet paper roll holder was broken off the wall. Food was cold in the morning, which was at seven 730 was when I was eating coffee was not great overall the room definitely needed a lot more cleanliness. I did talk to the front desk. They did offer another cleaning, but I was already checked in already driven several hours to get there, but it should’ve definitely been cleaner than it was and the food there’s no excuse for cold potatoes in the morning.
