Nightmare in Austin
The hotel is full of people who are partying all night and the management is absolutely horrible.

Good value - clean and comfortable - honest staff
The room was clean and very comfortable. It was excellent value for the price. The exterior is aging and it is not at attractive place from the outside. Staff was great. I left my credit card in the payment device by accident - and within five minutes the desk clerk personally brought it to my room. THANKS PERLA The free breakfast was not exciting - ther was coffee to drink, some pastries and an excellent waffle machine. There was sausage too. The neighborhood was kind of depressing - lots of not attractive small businesses. I think I more than got my moneys worth.

Quick visit but wouldn't do an extended stay
It's mediocre but for the price I am not surprised. The room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave. There is visible wear and tear all around especially in the bathroom. Shower head was terrible and lacked pressure. It was likely because it was spraying out the side as it wasn't installed properly. The bed was comfortable but the linens not the nicest looking. The dog from other reviews is still on or near the property and barked both nights of my stay. I was able to sleep through it but light sleepers will have a difficult time I would imagine. Location is nice because there are food options within walking distance.

Its was eeehhh
We had booked 4 rooms via hotels.com. When we arrived we had a family emergency and wasnt aloud to cancel. When it came to paying, yet again another problem. We had to pay separately, when we had booked together. They were gracious enough to give us an hour after checkout. The overall experience was just awkward and unpleasant between waiting for manager to respond to front desk clerk to everything else

To be honest, I thought I had booked a completely different hotel. However upon arrival I realized this was not the case. I was in town for a business conference with my service dog. I checked in around 2am & didn't have any issue. The girl at the front desk was nice. There was a $50 deposit for accidents, I believe which was fine. She asked what kind of service my dog was for which isn't legal but it was late & I was tired so I told her. The way this place looks is a bit unsettling. It was my fault for booking later than I wanted for this trip. The room was large & it looked OK but the vibe is pretty sketchy. The couch was stained; I didn't even go near it. The bed looked clean but there was an odd smell in the room, like old dog pee & feet. I didn't plan to spend too much time in the room just to sleep which I didn't do a whole bunch of. Between being stressed & uncomfortable, I only got a couple of hours each night. My service dog was freaked out by this place too. She kept acting strange when we would walk to our room. The shower was nice, hot & had good pressure. The TV worked, which was nice. Most of the plugs didn't work, the door to the bathroom was stingy & look gross & the front door was difficult to open & close. I had to body slam it in order for it to shut. The noises that came from the bathroom sounded like someone was trying to get in. But I think the worst part was the fact that the bed made me itchy. I didn't see any bedbugs so I'm hoping there weren't any.
